We use best quality balloons for all our décor and bouquets. Qualatex balloons are the balloon of choice at Eventspot. They are the highest quality balloon on the market. They are 100% latex and 100% biodegradable and decompose about the same as an oak leaf.
Standard color balloons latex single or bouquets (or foils) 1 day notice preferable. For same day pick up order must be placed before 2 pm.
Special order color/imprint latex or foils usually requires 1 week notice.
Special order posts, columns, arches requires minimum 2 week notice.
Delivery fee: New Albany – $ 10.00; all surrounding areas (15 min drive from New Albany) – $20.00; other distance please inquire.
Set up fee: All custom ordered columns, special designs, arches – $25.00 – $ 50.00 depending on amount of work needed.
Please NOTE: when ordering single balloons or bouquets and would like us to set it up for your upon delivery extra fees apply. For example: single balloons (either tie it or clip it) $1.00 for each attachment; if bouquets have to be placed on tables or in designated areas $ 2.00 per each bouquet.
Take down fee: If you would require us to come back and take down balloon décor – $ 45.00
50% non-refundable deposit will be required on any orders that are over 50 dollars. Which will be applied toward final bill.

Preferred are cash or checks made to Eventspot, LLC.
All major credit cards. Minimum order amount is $ 25.00. Convenience fee $ 3.50.
Please note – taxes are not included in price
Latex balloons are choking hazard – please discard broken balloons immediately.
Inhaling helium is very dangerous it can cause serious health problems.
Latex & foil balloons – do not place them near lamps, heaters. Keep in mind weather conditions freezing, direct sun and wind are not friendly to latex, and if balloons are kept outside make sure they are secure properly.
